Inner Journey

This unique journey is for those who want to experience the beauty and altitude of Kilimanjaro without the push to summit. We’ll move mindfully, trekking through stunning landscapes and pausing to breathe, stretch, and simply be. Rebekah will guide us in daily meditation, yoga, breath work, and teachings on the science of breathing. We’ll explore the wisdom of Ayurveda while sharing vegetarian meals made by our bush chef over the fire.
