Originally from Canada, I relocated to Tanzania in 2010 as a de-fluoridation water engineer. My journey took a transformative turn, leading me to become a yoga teacher. What began as casual gatherings in my home to foster meaningful connections ultimately led me to teach.

I spent 10 months studying yoga in India and was honoured to attend a live course with the Dalai Lama. I’ve also dedicated 123 days to silent meditation retreats.

My teaching blends precision in alignment, anatomical detail, and the integration of yogic philosophy with scientific understanding. With heartfelt gratitude, I share the physical, psychological, and spiritual insights gained from my dedicated practice.
