COSTS:

5-Day Rongai, intentionally no summit: $1,700

All prices are PER PERSON in US dollars; double occupancy for tent camping on Rongai.

ADDITIONAL COSTS AND BOOKING NOTES:

Discount for Tanzanian Residents (proof of residency required at gate): $205 per person

Pre-Arranged Gratuity: To honour the dedicated service of our guides, porters, and support staff, a pre-arranged gratuity of $300 per person is kindly requested. If someone goes above and beyond, you’re warmly welcome to offer an additional personal thank-you.

Single supplement (to have a tent to yourself): $100 per person.

Day Pack Support: If you'd like someone to carry your day pack, this service is available for an additional $100 (day pack is limited to 5 kg). Your dedicated porter will accompany you closely from start to finish, and we suggest a gratuity of $20 per day in appreciation of his exceptional support.

Advance Deposit: Upon booking, a nonrefundable advance deposit of $725 per person is required ($500 for Tanzanian residents).

The remaining balance, plus other incidentals and expenses, must be paid in cash upon arrival in Tanzania--no exceptions. ALL PAYMENTS, INCLUDING ADVANCE PAYMENTS, ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, REGARDLESS OF CIRCUMSTANCES. PLEASE PROTECT YOURSELF WITH TRAVEL INSURANCE.
